- Soak vermicelli in room temperature water for 3 mins
- Cook vermicelli in steam for 5 mins
- For sweet, add Sugar/Jaggery & Coconut (optional)
- For spicy, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, black gram, Bengal gram, chili, curry leaves, onion, and salt
